Creation and delivery of cards CreativeBond will create and send your cards as quickly as possible from receipt of your order. Once payment is received, CreativeBond will email you a draft proof of the card. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details contained in the draft are correct. Once you have sent confirmation to CreativeBond that the details are correct, we will post the cards to you within a week using An Post normal delivery service.
CreativeBond recognises that the delivery of some cards may be especially urgent (eg Christening Invitations). Therefore, if you note on your order that time is of the essence, we will do our best to get the order out as quickly as possible. However, please bear in mind that CreativeBond is a small family-run business and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Payment for cards or gift vouchers can be made online by credit card or by cheque sent by post. CreativeBond selected PayPal as a secure way to make your payments. When you place your order and choose to pay online, you will be directed to the PayPal secure site and you will be asked to enter the amount payable and your details. This site is secure and reliable and used by many online businesses including ebay.ie. Therefore, CreativeBond do not have access to or retain any of your credit card details.
If you choose to pay by cheque, please ensure that you enclose a copy of the confirmation page so that we can ensure that your details are matched up immediately. Failure to do so may result in a delay in your cards being created. Orders will not processed until your cheque has cleared in the bank.
Please note that we do not give refunds, unless under exceptional circumstances. It is your responsibility to check the proof and ensure all details are correct and that you have selected the correct style of cards and correct payment amount.
Privacy and your details CreativeBond will only retain details such as your contact details and details pertaining to the creation of the cards. These details are retained in case further orders are required or to allow us to contact you occasionally to notify you of new products or special discounts (you may opt out of this service) .These details will not be passed on to any other businesses or individuals.
Photos
You can either post your photos to us or you can upload them in electronic format when you order. If minor corrections are needed to the photo (such as red eyes), we will correct the photo.
Higher resolution photos will always print to a much higher quality. Bright or colourful backgrounds can work very well. Black or dark backgrounds (such as a dark coloured sofa) often do not work as well.
Other languages We can print your cards in another language as long as roman characters are used. Please note that you should pay extra special attention to the draft proof as mistakes cannot be amended later.
More than one child (this information is not relevant for montages)
We can print a photo containing more than one child, for example twins, or the baby with an older sibling. However, please note that the size of the photo remains the same so the more children in the photo, the smaller they will appear.
